Ducati.lv Online Store Warranty Terms

The products offered by red9.lv are provided with the manufacturer’s warranty, which is not less than 2 years. When purchasing a product, the invoice with the recorded purchase date serves as the warranty card.
The warranty applies to defects caused by manufacturing faults or the quality of raw materials. If any problems arise with the product during the warranty period, please report and/or return it to us together with the return form. Free warranty repair will be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.

To avoid misunderstandings, please carefully read the product’s user manual.

Warranty Conditions:

•     The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to the product or scratches caused by careless use of the product.
•     The manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty repair if traces of unqualified repair are detected.
•     If the buyer cannot present purchase-confirming documents, warranty obligations are void.
•     Warranty repair does not apply to product damage caused by fire, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
