Buyers’ personal data is processed by Ducati.lv in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia regulating the processing and protection of personal data. By purchasing goods and services offered in the Ducati.lv online store, the Buyer agrees and authorizes Ducati.lv to register, enter, store, systematize, use, and process in any other way.

The Buyer’s personal data, as well as the data that the Buyer will subsequently provide to the Seller, to the extent necessary, and for the following purposes:
4.1 data processing results from Ducati.lv Buyers’ orders, contractual obligations, or data processing is necessary to conclude the respective contract (transaction);
4.2 data is necessary for the identification and registration of Buyers;
4.3 data is necessary for sending commercial notifications (email and/or SMS);
4.4 data is necessary to ensure the fulfillment of other obligations arising from contractual obligations or from the respective concluded contracts (transactions).
4.5 data is necessary to review the Buyer’s application for purchasing goods on installment.

Ducati.lv ensures the protection and security of Buyers’ personal data and its non-disclosure to third parties, to the extent determined by the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia regulating the processing and protection of personal data, except to the Seller’s partners who provide the delivery of goods purchased in the Xnet.lv online store, financing of goods, and the provision of services, to the extent that personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

The Buyer has the right to request that his personal data be supplemented or corrected, as well as to stop its processing or destroy it, if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, false, or no longer necessary for the purposes of collection. In this regard, the Buyer can change or delete the entered data in his user account himself, or inform Ducati.lv;

By submitting a justified request in writing, the Buyer has the right to receive the following information: 
6.1 what information about the Buyer has been obtained, the source of the data, when the information included in the data was changed (if permitted by law);
6.2 for what purpose the personal data was processed, information about the recipients of personal data;
6.3 information on whether the data was processed automatically.

Buyers’ personal data will be stored no longer than required by the provisions of legal acts. The Buyer may request the deletion of their data at any time.
